There is a whole gladiation theme going on. I was wondering if you planned on letting mages compete? Or maybe opening their own category? If you plan on having purely warriors to really have that "Gladiator" feel, that'd be cool too.
Lemme know!
Also, when you call sudden death, will you halt the battle, tell them to get ready, then initiate it? I'd prefer to have the battle stopped, the two fighters warned that there is no more healing, then drop the wall to attack. Instead of randomly yelling it while they're in the mist of battle. |

In this land, I have seen many a powerful mage, and I feel to not include them under the same definition as Gladiator, would be a grave injustice. A mage may stand alone, fight in the Clan Match, or Joust.
Sudden Death is a separate round. Gladiators will return to their sides after the five minute round, refresh, heal, and remove any item of which has healing qualities. They will then return to center and fight until one side is defeated. Healing is prohibited. |
