There were few times in Wisteria's life where she could truly claim joy but this was one of them to be sure. She was glad that life had taken the turn it had and her darling Adara and Varrius were born. She would and had given anything for them. So now with the new life that grew in her, listening to the rapid beat of its heart she smiled joy once more being her own to claim. Even if for just a few bright moments. Toren to listened intently to the heartbeat, and all was well, the child was strong and healthy. Her eyes flickered over his face it showed nothing but she knew, she knew he felt her releif.

Her doctor was good, anyone could see that he was very professional. They needed someone with more expertise than a normal healer, they needed someone who new his way around a human body. Jonathan Strathmore was this man sadly..

For one thing he knew Wisteria well, even though she was no longer the small child he had experimented on, he knew well the workings of her blood and body.

Secondly he understood the exact reasons for which Wisteria died in childbirth and how to avoid this. Her chance of survival this time was excellent.

Wisteria knew this and so she watched as Jonathan cleared his throat, his hand held out waiting for Toren to release the stethescope. Toren didnt want to he was savoring the moment and staring intently at her, but at last he removed it from his ears and handed the delicate instrument back to Jon. She couldnt tell him, he knew not that he stood face to face with an angel and a devil. That he himself smiled and talked with none other than Lord Strathmore. The man that meant harm to Nightshade and maybe Torens own daughter Willow. They had decided to call Jon by another name when he was in Torens presence, and so she turned and thanked Dr. White, Toren following suit..

So as Toren escorted Jon out of the house Wisteria shed a tear, for she had no choice, Lord Strathmore was her saviour and she had somehow become deeply indebted to him. Toren would be enraged but she was caught in a clever trap and she felt that she had been thoroughly manipulated into this corner....
