Tarothin called forth a few Shadow Wraiths.

I wish for each of you to seek out someone. These people are not what you call, live ones.

Tarothin could only wonder at if the Shadow Wraith can even do this task. He knew the wraith can speak. One that is whispey in voice but speak none of the less when it wished to. He believed that one way or another... possibly at peoples expense, that they might be able to do this task.

He handed one of the notes to one of them and stated to seek out one that goes by the name of Bailos.

After handing out all the notes...

Kill if you must to get this information. Now go. They melded into the shadows almost instantly.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
(The note reads as)

Bailos,

I know not if this letter will reach you but I wish to meet with you for I have a proposition to make.

Logically going first to Umbra the shadow wraith follows a dead, cold breeze to a remote area near a grove just north of the city. One large, apparently dead oak tree looms on a small hill gnarled and withered, its branches brittle with time. As the sun hangs low in the distance the enormous and exposed roots of the great tree cast eerie shadows on the landscape of the hill and the shadow wraith deposits the missive on the dead earth, having seen what the naked eye cannot.

Stepping out from a shadow cast by one of the roots, Bailos reaches down his bony, skeletal fingers and grabs the note from the dirt and brings it to eye level. Reading it over casually he turns his glance to the messenger, nods his head once slowly and deliberately as if in thanks, then with one large step backwards melds with the shadows disappearing from sight. His voice reverberates back from the nothing,

"My answer comes tonight"
