After recieving all the nominations from the Clerk , Sid also recieved a small stack of letters written out to the Nominee's. The clerk then asked him to make sure all the letters get delivered.

after reading his letter ,Sid promptly pens a note accepting his nomination and and hands it to the clerk. A messenger is called and told to deliver all letters as fast as possible.
