I am writing to each of you in regards to some legal matters. From time to time each of us have the problem of persuing perpitrators across borders. With some of you there is an Extradition agreement in place which most likely should be updated. I am asking in writing to meet with each of you and/or your Law Officials to negotiate an offical agreement for each of your kingdoms or cities. I would prefer to meet each representative from each territory in separate meetings to avoid any long meetings and because each land poses different issues. Please write me back in reguards to this matter so that we may start working together to keep the streets of Sosaria a better place for our citizens. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Lord Malic M'real, Sheriff of Sanctus,

I write to inform you that my mother, Lady Ditto Armunn, the mere wife of the Dark Knight, will be unable to attend any meeting on behalf of the Dark Order regarding it's Laws now or anytime in the future.

As I once gave instructions that any of the Dark Order were to follow Sanctan laws while on Sanctus land, I found that this same code of Honor and curteous attention was not given by your so-called, honorable soldiers. while on OUR lands. And so, we now consider you as hostile. With this attitude and history, I do not see any proof that Sanctus will follow or honor any agreement made between us.

If you wish to discuss this further, I may be willing to listen to any plea or apology for your past actions on Neutral grounds. Only after such, would anyone from the Dark Order be willing to entertain any agreements brought to us by Sanctus. I will make myself available on Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday eve of this week, if sufficient notice is given,
