so i was playing UO last night and maybe it got late or something i dont know, but cear faced straight down and said

scott, why havent you made me an effing animated forum set up?

i said holy $417 and made him one imidiatly. so here you go cear, hope everyone likes it....

i hope arpc doesnt ban my sig for attention-whoreism

i will make anyone an animated sig. i foresee ill get better at them soon

We banned anamated sigs a while back because of the band width it sucked up for those on dial up. Some could not even load the pages. It is awesome...but I don't think we can allow it. I will check with Hal and see if he can do some kind of fix so we could use them but no promises. Crying or Very sad

If you can get the size to 1MB or under it will load fine, it's nearing on 4MB, which is a bit much for dialup users and users who use public terminals with limited caching.

Here's a few tips to drop the size down

We can try it at 1mb or under to see how it loads, I don't think it will be a problem at 1mb or less.

If there are load time problems still with it at 1mb, then we may have to restrict anything animated.
