After many hours speaking with the council of men who ran Delucia on the sparse budget the city could afford the final pieces of official parchment were signed. They read:

We here the rulin party of Delucia Officialy recognize The Church of the Void under the guiding eye of Patriarch Galnor Bloodmoon as the controller of Delucia Proper as well as the outlying fields in which the shepards heard there livestock. It will be known that from here on Delucia will abide by the same laws as Papua and all official matters concerning trade and the like will be taken directly to the Patriarch of the Church. We the Council of Delucia recognize that the Church will do what is necessary to restore Delucia to its former glory and ensur ethe peace and survival of our Civilians.

With this Galnor took the primary set of parchments as a secondary set was made and put on the Bank building as well as the healer and Inn buildings.

With a smile Galnor spoke "Very good gentlemen. You will not regret it. The Lostlandsss shall become united and prossperousss for the people once again... permantley"

With a respectful ow of his head Galnor walked off as he opened his massive ancient tome. Holding the official parchments over the opened tome he chanted lowly as two more pages appeared perfect copies of the parchments. He closed his eyes and recalled to his Church and tucked away the documents carefully
