Everyday was much like that which had passed before within the abyss, eternal nothingness all about for the damned so fortunite to find themselves in this hell.

Hours turned into days, days turned into months, months turned into years and years turned into centurys within the Abyss.

Often Azreals mind would replay that which had brought him there in the first place...

A search for sanity...
The black gate..
His mortal end and rebirth by his own hands...
and back once more into the Abyss at the hand of the Avatar and M'Real house years before he even entered the gate...
Life, or the lack thereof, was not without its irony.

It was a vicious cycle indeed to be played out for all of time but Azreal was now free of it in his prison. A prison in which he often pondered the other versions of himself moving through the flux of time bringing him inevitably to this point.

Its only a matter of time before I am set loose once more.... only a matter of time.

If there was anything he had learned through his stay within the abyss it would most certainly be patience. Patience for the time when he would complete his work upon this dimension of reality, this shard of mondain.

And so the Lord of Deciet waits and bides his time feeling it drawing closer, like an itch hes unable scratch.

The time of Azreal and Oblivion would soon come to pass once more...
it is inevitable.
