Order is hereby given for the arrest of Lord Spawn Skyfire. Spawn is to apprehended on site to answer for the following crimes.
1. Article II: Assault

A.)Any person who strikes or harms another is guilty of assault-Remedy at Law
B.)Maiming- the scaring or disfiguring of another-remedy at law

2. Article VI: Disorderly Conduct

- Any person who breaches the public peace and decency is guilty of disorderly conduct. --Remedy at Law

3. Article IX: Conspiracy

-Any attempt to commit a crime is guilty of Conspiracy to commit the crime.
- any person who assists in the planning, commiting or hiding of a crime is guilty of conspiracy to commit the crime.-same punishment as the crime itself

4. Article X: Obstruction

- Any person who does or attempts to interfere with law enforcement officials who are performing their duties is guilty of obstruction.--Remedy at Law

5. Article XI: Resisting Arrest

- Any person who resists any form of arrest by a law enforcement official is guilty of resisting arrest.--Remedy at Law

6. Article XIV: Use of Forbidden Magic Spells

- The use of these spells in an unvirtuous manner --Remedy at Equity

The following spells are forbidden:

1. Any necromantic spell, as well as Summon Daemon and Summon Fiend.

2. Any and all spells cast upon another with the intent to harm are illegal, with the exceptions of self defense and use by Sanctus authorities.

7. Article XV: Brandishing a weapon

-any person who publicly yeilds a weapon in Hanses's Hostel, The Castle Blackguard, The Law Enforcement Headquarters or Within Site of a noble, royal or person of ploitical title is guilty of Brandishing a weapon- Remedy at Law

8. Article XVIII: Unvirtueous Behavior

-- Any and all unvirtous behavior that is considered to be distasteful and is not listed above or in a decree of the King

These charges stem from incident report numbers 070601 and 070602 . The accused should be considered dangerous and armed. Do not confront him alone. Subject is to be held under strict guard once apprehended.

They really have some nerve.. posting this crap in my city

Ceinwyn ripped the notice from the bank wall, and every other wall she saw it on as she rode through town.

He really does have them worked up, doesn't he... this will be great fun. Unvirtuous behavior!

Laughing, she tossed them all into the void.

Outside of the city of Luna, Spawn sat down a fallen log next to a corpse of his newest victim which is a young mage. The mage has badly bruised and burned in his failed attempt to capture the Avatar of Oggaroth. Spawn then noticed a piece of parchment hanging out of the mage's pack. He proped up the dead mage against a nearby tree to make it seem the mage was sitting up.

"Hmm... What do you have here?" Spawn said grabbing the parchment and reading it over. He then began to laugh hysterically upon finishing reading the warrant issued for his arrest by the city of Sanctus.
"This is very amusing. Wouldn't you agree?" Spawn asked the corpse of the mage as if he was alive. The dead mage did not respond being in his present state. "This Sheriff of Sanctus is playing a dangerous game that he cannot win. He, like his coward of a king, does not know the power of Oggaroth." Spawn continued now leaning against the tree next to the corpse.

He pondered for a moment his next course of action. "Well it seems the Consensus and the Regency both know my real identity. How delightful!" Spawn said to himself glancing at the mage's corpse. "Perhaps I shall play this foolish game with the so called "law" of Sanctus" He said with an evil laugh as he stood up from the tree. Spawn then glanced at the corpse of the mage with an smirk on his face. "I thank you for listening and by the way... I'm glad you're dead!" Spawn said now laughing hysterically as he kicked the corpse of the mage to the ground. He then began to walk away in the direction towards Sanctus still laughing like a madman.

Malic sat and went over his roster. "We are nearly at full compliment, they will be trained shortly" he thought.

"Spawn or any deamon has no chance of resisting us now" Malic said out loud.

The list of deputies and officers was growing quickly and filling the holes in the roster. The weekly trainings will bring the division up to par much quicker and progress will show each week for Sanctus Drills.

"Perhaps we will start acting on some of these warrants now that i have the men to take the more difficult offenders."
