They had assembled, it was to be just a brief meeting, Merci going over with the trainors of assesment tests.

As she spoke, she flexed her hands so glad she was to be free again, to fight, to run with the wind at her back and her glorious blue hair streaming about her shoulders. The wait of her prior pregnancy now gone as she pushed herself once more, everyday to train.

Just moments before the meeting she had been viciously cutting her way thru a group of brigands who had dared try waylay the Matriarch as she headed for her meeting. It felt so good to have her cleaver in hand once more. Placing her hand on the blade it turned icy blue with cold and spinning about she plunged it into the body of her first attacker. He froze, quite literally, the cold radiating from the blade and slowly with a loud crackling noise it spread up thru his limbs till he stood frozen with a gaping wound in his chest. She smiled in delight, this was entertaining, and she left the group of brigands standing frozen parts of them cut out with looks of horror on thier faces. She looked up at the building next to her and laughed, how fitting, the War Temple. I am sure when Myrddin sees this he will find it quite amusing. A sort of calling card if you will.....

She must bring Ceinwyn by to see her omage of ice, but duty called first, she was sure she would enjoy the odd positions the Brigands had died in..

With that she headed for the sepulcher, Umbra was growing everyday stronger, its glory radiating darkly, and she would see that it continued to prosper, Ceinwyn and she focused on their task.
