Aryanna sat, her uniform laid neatly on her bed, and wearing only a smock over her thin nightdress.

Meticulously she wrote, splotches of red ink on her hands and arms, staining them with what looked like smears of blood. Perhaps even Pirate blood....

A canvas sat next to her desk and an image faded in and out of view as she muttered, scratching one word out and writing another. Her long curly hair pulled back and her golden eyes squinting she worked tirelessly thru the night.

As the first tendrils of dawn rose in the sky they shown upon the sleeping Aryanna, at last succumbed to her weariness, she lay, her face against the notepad. The canvas blazed with life, the picture burning brightly of a great attack, dead bodies scattered upon the ground, barrels of rum leaking in the small hideout. A small group of soldiers in a frenzy of motion blood staining their weapons, killing, and destroying all that lay in their path.

Of course, as ussual, the picture held a hidden image that only she could see, implanted deep within her writings. She was quite proud of her painting and named it, Retribution.
