I'm still proud of Totem of the Phoenix... But the unique way that I got my "Second totem", the Totem of Flame, was just hilarious.

Ahh, memories. Sirius got The Otter or some such, because he was funny, then he flamestruck Shalish until he changed it.

These were some of the most unique roleplays I ever was involved in. They were a LOT of fun, and you learned a bit about your character.

yeah, I am kind of trying to start something like that again, which is why I want to talk to him.

I never got a chance to do his quest, but wanted to.

Now, I want to carry on something like that, and don't want to poopies on his past history. I respect what he did enough that I would like to talk to him and discuss things with him.

I think ken said it best, YOU learned a bit about YOUR character. Games where you are not in charge of how obscenely handsome/beautiful your character is, and where things are sometimes out of your hands are more fun in the long run. This is one of those things where, not only do you explore the depth of your character, but you have something beyond your power that gives you something unique to add to yourself. I definately enjoyed roleplaying Sirius more when Shalish was around, and I was damn proud of Roc's totem like I already said. If I/he would've had reasons to stick around in UO longer, I eventually would have liked to take each of my favorite characters with. Alyx and Durafein were next on my list, probably Zanto and Jago next.

I'm not sure if the totem thing will be brought, but it is a possibility!

shalish and the totems were some of my favorite role plays, even though some people just wanted to do it for novelty, which i didn't like, many others took it seriously and had great fun.
