In the depths of an ancient stronghold, long forgot and ravaged by time, the great Enemy of Life stands again and gathers his breath. He swears his oath once more to whatever profane deity, creature, acolyte or mystic force will hear him.


I stand now whole, complete, the sworn enemy of Impure Life. I am the Hammer of the Creator, descending onto existence to obliterate its impurity and flaw. My unflinching resolve will flatten and wash away the grime and decay of man.

I heed no god nor do I seek the favor of kings. No, I implore you Spirits of Creation to side with me! To grant me your loyalties...to put your faith into the Servant of Fate I have become. Undying, unyielding order brought forth by Balance.

After his dedication, the Wraith Lord extends his hand outward and displays an ornately wrapped parchment bearing his seal pressed into cobalt wax. With minor focus, the letter disappears and is sent on its way to arrive at the sanctum of Lich Lord Darrien Church
