Alrighty...there has been a couple of incidents..I am not naming names or pointing fingers. But I have had a couple people talk with me and they are frustrated about certain things. I have come to notice in the community...that everyone's first reaction to something they are frustrated with..their idea of restoring the proper balance is remove the source. Grant it that can be effective...but it bothers me that those effected just say I am just dropping it. I think that is part of our trouble in the community. Noone wants to be the one to be called the whiner, so they just drop stuff..that stuff does not get resolved and the offender can and sometimes will repeat an offense..and if they are not aware of the previous situation that bothered people...well how are they to straighten it out? I had a few of those inform me they do not want to bother me with it because it's not my fault. I want all of you to know..to please come to me..I am willing to listen and try to work out something. I do not want my friends to have a rp ruined because of a miscommunication of some sort. I can not stress enough how I feel alot of our drops it stem from miscommunication. When things are dropped they fester in the person so each rp opportunity they start on the defense ooc and ic. It can fester til a person feels they hate another. That does not sound like its being dropped it sounds like its just building for a complete explosion. This fester can be contagious even if the person involved doesn't realize it. Before you know it, you have this group vs this group and if you like a person of this group then this other group will ignore you or will tell their guildmates they are not allowed to rp with you..etc. This is not pointing to anyone particular yet to everyone in particular. I love all of you..even the hackers like Vaen Wink

But seroiusly if someone you feel is a netural party asks you to talk with them please do. If you know me and you are having some problems..please contact me. If you dont have my icq I am sure there is someone that does or pm me here and I will give it to you. I want everyone to enjoy the game they are paying for..perhaps if there was more talk and less dropping it, then maybe future rps will not be tainted with a festering build up of "last time." I sure hope this makes sense.

Another thing I was thinking...the idea of robes for non combatants...well that is a great idea..but I was thinking something else along the lines. Just see what everyone thinks and please state your opinion and such. But maybe have a universal icon thing that represents non combatants in their title. For example: *Crowned Princess...or +Crown Princess. Something that is used community wide..this will be the ONLY ooc item that can be used for ic. Reason I am stating this is because not everyone will have a robe in their pack...(ie me) when there is a war to throw on. Especially if I just log in and hear the trumpets and drums of war. Grant it I can carry it around in my pack all the time, but if I get wrapped up in a rp..sometime last thing I will be thinking about is throwing on my robe. The robe thing though however...I think would be excellent in cases as if you are about to go shopping in your enemies terroritory. The robe will represent you are not wanting combant or kidnapped possible. You are there for shoppping....this may help with some of the confusion. Grant it if you attack someone while wearing the robe you are soo fair game to a rebuttle of their opinion. this is just a thought..I know I had two enemies ask me if I was a combatant or not..due to I didn't have a robe. So please give me your thoughts and please..talk to me..especially those of you who I see as good friends..*eyes a few of them* I am all ears..if I can't listen to you at that moment I will make a time to listen to you that day..unless I haffa workie. I so do hope this makes sense. Anyways...just wanted you all to know...that I luv you and keep the good gaming and rping going! hugglesmilie

Ok. Please when i excersice my right to not fight anyone while shopping in luna, Do not be on a char who has no authority in luna and go get 20 people who i have never fought in my life, or even know me ic, or interacted with in a hostile way, to come and slaughter the hell out of 3 people. And please when you decide to fight anyway with 10 to 1 odds, do not kill the one disarmed person yelling, finally ooc, to not attack him.

I find myself growing more angry with peoples lust for pvp over roleplay.

the title this wil most likely bust. msot people have a hard enought time getting a title that fits. If there is a war battle and your not there to fight. bail. Other than that you can always refuse a fight if you dont want to fight someone. its in teh constitution of roleplay.

But yeah... while posts like these are made out of <3... and as much as I like Sadira as much as she teaches her child to LEETSPEEK at such an early age... problems are really best solved in ICQ on a one-on-one, person to person basis. Not leaving messages on a board.

But I still love Sadira. Even if her child has 4 fingers.

aye I know Vaen ..hence why the post cause not everyone takes it to icq....so they just leave it be til next time..and then its worse...etc....the post is trying to get people to talk..and offering my service if anyone wants me to help in anyway...and it was Evo and Kuja that taught kitty that not me... angel7
