Narcissa was purchasing some reagents for her newest project when she saw it.
She looked at the warrant for sometime.

Good luck finding Toren in Umbra people She laughed herself all the way to Castle Black Rock to tell Toren of his saftey from the law.

Regaining his composure, he looked to her and offered but one word as response.
