Never the less, she carried on, soon dismissing his presence and returning her attentions to the effervescence of her sister Paladin. She had been carrying the gifts since her arrival at The Hall of Paladins; the finely crafted cloak that only the Lady Prower could tailor; the bag of reagents; the tome, Mia had written herself so long ago. The Lady Paladin took them each gracefully. Her hands clutching the worn binding. As she departed for Luna, LaBelle favored to remember the look upon her sisters face.

Arriving to the city, LaBelle ascended the stairs of the Emporium, as she had many times before. The sandstone was wearing, the glimmer fading.
She pushed the chamber door ajar and called for the attendant. Handing him the scrolls, she gave him familiar instructions…


These scrolls slowly circulate, from city upon city until many have seen them; in the hands of laymen, on shelves of libraries, and in the desks of a few nobles can they be found.
