Beowulf read the parchment over and leaned back in his chair. He couldn't help but feel a laugh come over him.

"Talon is trying to provoke Porthos. I feel bad for him, the land he tries to politically claim. If Porthos wasn't so mature and calm, he could easily walk through the Sanctus forces and hold what he want's."

Beo shugged and tossed the parchment to his son; Grigori. The two continued to relax by the water of Moonglow and catch up with eachother.

Shihan read the proclamation a third time still looking for the obvious mistake in the wording that was not there.

Grumbling to himself angrily about confiscation of property rights he stalked off towards the Royal Court to get a stiff drink and wondered how the vendors of Luna would react to another proclamation could interfere with their sales. The proclamation of War with Umbra had already raddled the merchants who’s goods where often traded with people in other lands. Now a direct assault on the leader of the Regency was going to really bother them.

Well we will see what messages were left in the Royal Court by the merchants. With the latest tax cuts in place to stimulate new vendor placement it was going to be difficult to see how this line of action was going be good for the Luna and Greater Malas economy.

"shihan-san, do you choose to block my entrance to this room?" and he stepped back and said, "Emperor, only a fool would fight you in a room this small."
