A messenger clad in the colors of the Royal Court brings you a letter, bows and steps back awaiting a response to carry back to her Lady.

Amin mellon, Arwen Vanya Thenidiel,

It is my understanding that your fair was disrupted by a bombing similar to the one that occured several weeks ago at the Royal Court. I come to you with news that you may care to know for the benefit of your peoples in Nujel'm.

Last evening we found the statesman Lord Isk of Magencia shopping with his son in Luna. Upon being notified of his presence on our lands we surrounded him and arrested him for outstanding warrents for his acts previous to and including his acts to do with the bombing of the Royal Court. He officially claimed responsibility for the bombing of the Royal Court on behalf of his organization of Humans against the Elven nations.

I have further aquired a document that Lord Isk wrote, speaking on his feelings and ideology towards our race, dirictly noting your name and nation as well as my name and the Royal Court. We, according to this book, are targets to be distroyed. I would suggest that you take precautions for your own safety and that of your nation. This information leads me to my next offer.

I know from my observance of the Regency meeting that this claim was not made following the attack on your fair, but should you wish to have further information on Isk or would like to attend the trial to see the similarities of the attack, I offer you this opportunity.

If at such time you have developed enough evedence against him for trial then please see the procicuter or myself to discuss posibilities. My concern is for the elves of Socaria and their protection from such groups that would preform genicide against them and their friends and associates. Any help that I can offer to that end, please know it is my duty to see that it is done.

The Regency may not sanction this association with you and the Royal Court but to my way of thinking, our race is being singled out for attack and that overrides any political protocal. I stand beside you as friend, comrad and fellow elf in this matter, as does my guild and the Royal Court if necessary for the preservation of the Elves of Socaria.
