Greetings my friend,

I do hope this letter finds you well and in good spirits.

I have read your resignation request and I will hold it for two weeks.

If at that time you have not communicated that you wish to discuss it or that you wish to resend it, then I will enter it into the records at the following Royal Court meeting.

This I do in hopes that you will reconsider this hasty move. It is often unwise to make such snap decisions with anger in your heart. This will give you a chance to think over what the effects will be to not only yourself, but others that look to you for guidance and respect your judgement. It is not just you and I or even Talon that could suffer from this untimely and hasty decision. The peoples of Sosaria will be effected most.

I leave this sugestion with you, meditate on it, write down your grievances and address them directly both your part and those that offend you, then set it aside for three days. Go back and look it over again and see what solutions you can think of to change things. If you still come to the same conclusion write them again in a diplomatic way that you are willing to share. Then contact me and we can meet to discuss it. There may be some ideas that will work for all parties concerned without tearing apart what we have built and burning bridges so freshly constructed in good faith.
