Fong lingered on the beach of Magincia watching the Regency flag ship fade into the sunset. He turned walking back to the hall where Isk was waiting. He entered and spoke to Isk about the recent happenings then quickly headed back to Moonglow. Entering his office he walked to his desk and began to pen a letter. Porthos needed to be informed of the latest Council Decree.

Semper Veritas Porthos,
Greetings and tidings to you from the Moonglow Town Council. The council comes to you in a time of growth and much change. After much debate and many votes we have decided to relinquish control of the isle Nu’Jelm to regency protection. This is by no means a sign of loyalty to the Regency but a sign of respect. The Citizens of Moonglow hope that the Regency will relinquish all lasting claims and holding on Moonglow, marking us truly independent. We thank you for your time Regent.

As Porthos sat he could hardly believe his eyes as they read the decree from Lord Fong. He was grateful the land of Nujel’m had come full circle after many years and set out to insure it’s longevity in the hands of the people and preserving its freedom for years to come.

Milord Fong,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. While I am surprised by this turn of events, we graciously accept your offering of Nujel’m to the Regency. All loyalties aside, your respect has not gone unnoticed, as I shall reciprocate. Your independence is hereby granted for as long as your current council decides to rule. Should you go dormant or disband the Loyalists would have no choice but to pick up the torch to once again keep the land safe. I wish you luck and prosperity in your endeavor. A formal announcement will be made at the next Regency meeting. Thank you again.
