After dealing with the wounded from an attack on the meeting of the Royal Court by some person detonating several explosions, Porthos removed his tattered robe and tossed it on the ground. He ordered the Regency guards posted at the home of Molly and Will until the Gauntlet guards were in place. They were secure for now and the doctor Shihan had summoned was looking after their needs. Porthos returned back to the Royal Court to investigate further. The place was in shambles and there appeared to be several large cracks in the structure. Finding a pen and some parchment he sent an urgent letter to Lord Sid:

Milord Sid,
We have been attacked at the Royal Court of Light. Several people have been wounded, no fatalities as of yet. Send your fleet to surround Maginica. Allow no ships passage in or out. If any crew makes a fuss to the blockade, take them prisoner, off load their cargo and sink their vessel. If you should find Isk arrest him. If you run across a man named Legerion, detain him for questioning. I need to speak with you immediately and will inform you of all matters upon your arrival.
