In the matter of Lady Vedel Vs. Lord Mohawker

This is Lord Mohawker’s reply to the formal decree of divorce, of an uncontested nature.
Lord Mohawker upon Lady Vedel's leaving on a business trip, of questionable nature, she, only returned to accept gifts at the solstice a year previous made it clear she would not return. He after a respectable amount of time Lord Mohawker removed her access to their communal home.

Lady Vedel has requested that the unborn child have no contact with Lord Mohawker due to the said above abandonment. To this Lord Mohawker agrees fully. At the time of Lady Vedel's chosen separation she was with child. Knowing the length of said gestation there is no way this currently unborn child could be of his making, as he has had no conjugal visits with his wife for over a year and the parentage of the child is obviously not of Lord Mohawker's lineage. This also brings to bare the fact of unfaithfulness to the bonds of this union. He does not wish to peruse this avenue so he releases her of her vows.

Lady Vedel has requested no contact with Lord Mohawker due to the said abandonment. Considering this abandonment by Lady Vedel, Lord Mohawker agrees to these terms unopposed.

With the approval of Lord Mohawker, for the above answers to the divorce, this divorce is now final and be made public knowledge cannot be contested under any grounds. Signed: Lord Mohawker

With the approval of the Magestrates office of the Royal Court of Light, Luna, Malas, this document is legal and binding among the lands of Malas. Signed: Kathleen Kingston, Officer of the Court, the Royal Court of Light, Luna, Malas.

Under the jurisdiction of the Royal Court of Light, Luna, Malas, this document has been formally acknowledged and accepted by the Royal Court of Light as the governing body of Luna, Malas. Signed: Grand Duke Will Kaldhel, Sheriff of the Royal Court of Light, Luna, Malas.

Filed on Britannian date: Jun 50 in the year 359.
