In the matter of Lady Vedel Vs. Lord Mohawker

This is a formal decree of divorce on the grounds of abondonment. Of an uncontested nature.
Lord Mowhawker upon Lady Vedel's leaving on a business trip has made no contact nor attempt there of to make known his whereabouts. She was pregnant with his unborn child at the time of this trip. He has since removed her access to their home and has made no attempt to see her.
On the matter of the child. Lady Vedel has requested that the unborn child has no contact with Lord Mowhawker due to the said above abandonment.
