I have two accounts right now, and two houses. If I stay in UO, it will definately be with only one house, so I am giving the other away.

The house in question was an impulse placement, because I saw the plot, all on its own, nice location, medium sized. It is East-Southeast of brit moongate, tram, an oldschool patio house. Largest plot that'll fit there, just happened to be perfect for an oldschool patio.

If you want it, I don't care about money at this point. I just want to be reassured that it is going to someone that'll use it instead of resell it for profit. So if you need, or know of someone that needs a house, or a larger house for themself, let me know. The owner of the house is Alyxandre Aeirs, so that you can find it easily to look at the location.
