Spawn entered his office after spending some time with his wife Tika. Upon sitting at his desk, he noticed a piece of paper laying on it. He reached for the paper and began to read it over.

"Interesting..."" said Spawn as he placed the orders back on his desk. Later that day, Hugh Bracken, one of the Sanctus deputies walked into the Chief Justice's office. Words were exchanged on how much the Deputy wanted to become a detective in Sanctus. Spawn agreed and promoted Hugh Bracken to his new position with Sheriff Ayasha Donella witnessing.

"I would like to celebrate your promotion but I have an assignment for you that is urgent" said Spawn as he took out some files and placed them on the desk in front of the newly promoted Detective Bracken.
"It seems that Duchess Molly Kaldhel has been taken ill and that certain.. dolls are to blame" he continued looking at the detective who was writing down his assignment. "You are to investigate this matter further... I want you to search for every toymaker in the realm and find whichever of them is trafficking these "dolls" to the Duchess" Spawn said pointing to files in front of him. "These should help you get started" he went on. Detective Bracken nodded, put away his notes and took the files from the desk. "Oh and Detective... you are authorized to use whatever resources you need for your investigation" Spawn said as he stood up from his chair staring out of the window. "That is all Detective... You are dismissed" he finished.

"It shall be done Chief Justice" Detective Bracken said with a strong salute then left the office. After the door closed, Spawn sat back down in his chair and looked to Sheriff Donella.

"He is very determined to solve this case" said the Sheriff. The Chief Justice looked to her and nodded a bit.

"Agreed.. I have full faith in Detective Bracken" said Spawn. He then went back to his paperwork as the Sheriff saluted and left his office.
