I know just what to do with this, and fitting it is.

Roc pressed upon the secret wall in his house, which pushed it on the track that allowed it to slide. Sliding it out of the way, he stepped on the secret teleporter that led to his roof... Or his sanctuary, whichever you prefer to call it.

Lighting a small fire in a brazier, he cremated the remains of the bear.

Like the totem you led me to attain... Rise and renew, noble creature, and I will thank you when I see you again.

Roc spread the ashes among his flowers, hoping that the animals spirit would enter them and live again, sharing his sanctuary and meditation area for many long years to come.
