Greetings and Tidings to you from the Moonglow Town Council. First allow me to thank you for the aid you have provided me in rebuilding the Council. Your support with the Regency and against the Riders was much appreciated by the citizens of Moonglow .As you know Militarist support is no longer needed in Moonglow. It is a time of Growth and Change and The Free Nations has been a great help to Moonglow. With Growth and Change come new ideals. As it seems our ideals are no longer the same and thus the time comes for us to step down from the Free Nations. We wish to leave on a Friendly note, no hard feelings. I hope to keep our great nations close friends, I hope you understand.
