Dearest Lady Lia,

The Trinsic Council of Honor is deeply saddened by the current troubles being caused by the Ophidians in Vesper. As you may know we have no large standing army of which to send to help defend your city, but the people of Trinsic still wish to help the citizens of Vesper in what way we can. A caravan of food and medical supplies has left Trinsic and should arrive in Vesper on Friday evening.
