The Pact of Moonglow

On this day, the free and independant nations of Sanctus and Zento enter into the following pact:

1. The forces of Sanctus and Zento enter into partnership to provide for the security of the island of Moonglow, against all foreign aggressors, until the native parties can settle all disputes of government and restore independant rulership.

2. Upon the restoration of independant government, the forces of Sanctus and Zento shall withdraw to their own lands.

3. Any foreign aggression or military prescence against the people of Moonglow and its protectors constitutes an act of war and shall be responded to accordingly.

4. The nations of Sanctus, and Zento agree not to attack foreign parties nor arrest until first attacked or a state of martial law is declared.

5. This agreement is in effect until the aforementioned parties agree that the nation of Moonglow is capable of protecting itself and maintaining stable government.
