The third day Phoenix withdraws from Skara Brae leaving it neutral again. William had received a letter from Molly saying that Skara was neutral. On Thursday The Phoenix had a meeting reguarding what they want to do with Skara and the vote was let it go since it is not worth a war. Later that night William met with Molly and told her that he is withdrawing from Skara. Molly was concerned about the people that was murdered but William explained it was self defense.

This mourning William made a speech to the people of Skara Brae.
People of Skara I had plans of making this a great city, a city flowing of milk and honey like a beautiful valley in the gardens of Brittannia. I had plans making this a capital of a great power with a sword as strong as the sword of stampede. I also planned to protect this city like a rock over an ant hole. Those plans are now gone for Skara as I am withdrawing from here leaving it neutral. I apologize for the mayor putting him through so much. All the people who died from our hand I also give my sympathy. I wish the best of luck to you all here in Skara, thank you.

After the speech the troops left unto their territories.
