Lingering on the doorstep, she smiled to herself as she watched Porthos ride off into the night. As his form faded into the distance, she blew him a kiss and whispered, “May the Gods keep you safe from harm…. I don’t know what I’d do without you."

After escorting the Lady Mia home, Porthos said his goodbye and kissed the back of her soft hand. Summoning his etheral steed he rode off into the night with a smile on his face thinking about how beautiful she looked with the moonlight dancing off of her blonde hair and wondered if she felt the same stir he did when she was near. Once home Porthos emptied his pocket of the crumbs from the cookies he brought for Shasta, Looked into the clear night sky and whispered, "Goodnight Mia my sweet".
