Tai,

Greetings it has been awhile, this letter is a matter of business though and not just for catching up. I would like to set a time for myself to come and learn of your Justice system in Zento. You need not be there personally, but I request access to all records that are available to the public involving crimes, punishments and other such matters pertaining to your judicial system. If you could respond to set up an appropriate time, it would be appreciated.

After accepting the letter and leaving the messenger sitting at his place at the head of the table and eating his morning meal, Tai Kwan wandered over near the fireplace so that he might better read the letter.

He sighs when he sees it is in common. Then he hears a hiccup and a loud crash as Hugh Kinley comes flying through the window.

Tai kneels down to help Hugh up.

"Bloody hell, one o' these days I am goin' ta' have ta' figure oot how ta' make tha' mount learn to stop" the Wordsmith says brushing himself off.

"Hugh-san, now that you are here, could you translate this letter" Tai hands him the letter with the Justice Seal.

Hugh picks the letter up and begins reading it.

"Perhaps aloud would be more beneficial" Tai said.

"Well ye dinna say tha. Basically tha' Leshok lad wants ta' meet wi' ye aboot yuir judicial procedures. As yuir standin' attorney, do ye want me ta' handle this" Hugh asked.

"Iie, I will handle this. Go and tell him that I will meet him when he is available. I am sure you will be able to find him. Perhaps you could just follow his messenger.
