Major Mordegan had just recently arrived at the Bloody Guts Tavern when he was hailed by a senior Legionaire.

"Sir" said the Legionaire " this just arrived and you should read it"

Major Mordegan took the parchment and read it silently.

Tis not important who I am, only that I am a supporter and follower of light living in the area occupied by the Dark Order.

I have overheard discussions about how the Dark Order is planning on retrieving a mysterious artifact located somewhere in the City of Trinsic. This artifact seemed important to the leaders of the Order, so much so that they have called on other leaders from other realms to aid them in their quest. They promise the booty and riches of Trinsic in return for the assistance.

I gathered that the invasion force will muster on the outskirts of the city on the eve of Thursday.

You need not heed this warning since I fail to reveal my identity in case this message is intercepted. You must defend the city and its people.

Major Mordegan rolled the parchment and looked at the Legionaire.

"I want this passed to General Zarlox and I want the Divisional Officers to report to me immediately as soon as they arrive in City Proper. We must inform our allies of the possibility that Trinsic may well be attacked."

The Major quickly writes a message to the Trinsic Honour Guard.

Greetings,

Sanctus has learned of a possible invasion of your city by the Dark Order possibly this coming Thursday eve. I suggest that you make your forces ready for the defense of the City and with your approval Sanctus will dispatch troops to help defend and protect the city. Our plans are to muster many of the light as we can.

I wish urgency on this matter,
