Dageus was sitting in one of the chairs in the lounge stretched out with a cup of hot cider enjoying the sounds of the night when he heard a knock at the door. Sighing that the moment was lost he slowly stood up and went to the door to find a messenger standing before him. Nodding to the boy he ushered him in and paid him for his troubles. After the boy left he sat down to read the letter. Confused why Brianha would want to sell her home he mearly nodded and put the letter in his pocket. He knew he had much work to do and still more to earn her trust and that of Claudettes. He came here sworn to watch over them and send updates to those who paid for him to be here. So far Brianha made it rather challenging running off this way.

He had to send Bri a note letting her know that her guildmates were out searching for her and also that he would take care of her wishes.

Reaching the bank he went to the banker and handed him the note with a slight nod.. “ye know what to do” The banker nodded back and Dagues left with a quick turn on his heel.

After another week had gone by Brianha decided it was time to check for a reply from Dageus. Packing up her things from her small camp area she began to head to Minoc.. There she would be able to retrieve any messages and find out if the rumors were true about Vaen. She had heard in her travels that he was home again and she needed closer. She needed to see he was well. It would be hard to be near him even in disguise.. but she had to do it one last time. She had given him her heart completely and could not help the desire to see him alive and well.. There would always be a place in her heart that would love him.. she just could never trust him again. There would be a point where the two would have to bury the pain of their past together. It was time for her to start in her own heart.
