As far as I know, Gailan has not conceded in this. And the nominees have no right nor power to deem that he's no longer involved. He was out of town for nearly a week for IRL issues, something that I don't believe he should be penalized for. |

If you mean every individual gets a vote, that promotes stone stacking, but worse yet, there is no 100% system in place defining who is a roleplayer and who isn't. Big mess. Keep it to 1 per guild.
If you truly wanted to put weight to larger guilds, it should be something like members/10=weight (minimum of 1)... But that still empowers stonestacking. |
