Enjoy your corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes!
Oh.. and the beer!
There's also another in the New Avatar section. |

No it's not...but it's a TRADITIONALLY CHEAP FOOD.
So early Irish immigrants to America would buy it and eat it as it was one of the few affordable bovine meats. Hence the tradition.

I also never stated that it was Irish. But it is what I had for breakfast. Yum! |

It's also one of the most disgusting pieces of meat in existance. Why do the Irish celebrate by eating gross food? *goes on a rant about the nastiness of eating corned beef and cabbage* Also, worst day ever to be protestant Irish!
Past all that, I still like St. Patty's Day. Good job on the avatars Cein. _________________ (4:45:41 PM) Jarem: It becomes increasingly difficult to feel noble in my causes when my cause is to defend my charge from her own violent tendencies. |

Do you really love the lamp, or are you just saying it because you saw it? |

Also please note that cabbage (as a locally grown crop) isn't supported by the climate of Ireland, but instead comes along with the reference made by Darrien. |
