That's me. Only me at the moment. Perhaps some other rpers that are fading away from another guild :O

I've sent a bunch of war invites out. My icq is 282201710. If there is a reason you wish not to accept, just let me know. I have no plans in fighting, pvp, or battles at this time..I'd just like the option of being green or orange to other rpers.

Most of you know me, so I assume it won't be a problem for most. Thanks Smile

That's kind of sad if people are saying these sorts of things =( .

I know that not all RPers like to PvP, also, but it's a viable way to do things. As long as you are respectful about it, I don't see anything wrong with it.

A lot of my favorite moments on this server involved either messing around dueling or other fun RP-PvP events. The Chess Tournament in Nu'jelm was a great example of this.

Most fun ever was messing around dueling with Nothus, Steph, myself, and whomever else wanted to visit on that island where Alarin used to hold his RP classes. Great times!

As far as not responding.. I've seen you around, so I knew you weren't gone. I thought it didn't need a response, especially because we accepted the war invite.

Yeah, and you won't hear them admit to it, but the grapevine doesn't report the same thing from dozens of sources and have it be false. Unfortunate.

Viable? The RP community chooses Ultima Online as its roleplay medium, and PVP combat is how one does physical fighting in Ultima Online. It always amuses me when someone tries to replace PVP as the only form of physical conflict or denounce it simply because they want to roleplay a super badass without actually having to be good at it. Its the one reason that all the poor roleplayers in the community are not ubergods. Ubergods are expected to last through a simple PVP combo.

And you'll hear a lot of other oldies mention the yew wars and such as a favorite time for roleplay. Its funny how the newer ones, and the forgetful oldies don't seem to remember that it was the presence of conflict that made it interesting.

Omg, you pvp twink, you can't be good at both roleplay and PVP at the same time, it is an impossibility! Pleas leaf ower embasee.
