Lady Regent,

Greetings and Tidings to you in these dark times from the Moonglow Town Council. Scouting reports from my Lieutenant Astrum Quiritato have stated the invasions of the Britian, Minoc, Jhelom, Trinsic, Skara, and Magincia Moongates. Due to the high numbers of Ophidian troops he was not able to get much information on how the towns are holding up. We send this letter in good will and to offer refuge for anyone in need. The Moonglow Town Council is here in your time of need, please do not hesitate to contact me.
