The messenger who gave you this note is awaiting your reply seal it and give it to him, he will return it to me directly. Pay him no gold coins fore he is under contract of me and will be paid upon his return . If however he goes astray he knows he will be hunt down and kill like the last two samurai who crossed my path.

Once they stepped inside the eyes of the man in black turned to a deep red . He quickly turned to the messenger , at the same time his arm inside his robe pulled out his blade. Quickly he shoved the blade through the chest pierceing the heart of the messenger.

There is your payment, now I need not worry about you telling anyone who I am or where I can be found

The messengers eyes began to cloud over as his last breathe escaped his lips . Th e blood poured quickly down the blade and over the handle. The man in black grew stronger it seemed as the blood reached his hand, a scar began to open in his hand as the blood flowed over it. The messengers blood flowed inside the now open scar and the mans eyes drew brighter as though the blood gave him strength.

Soon I shall travel to zento and those in the alliance shall know my presence and shall quiver before me . Those who do not bow before me and praise me shall die just as this stupid messenger did


Taking up the now blood drained body of the messenger he carries it outside .
