**A official document tacked to the inn and the bank of Papua. As well as engraved onto the main entrance stones with the symbol of the church: A circle with a triangle inside it and a inverted pentagram inside the triangle**

Let it be known that from this day forth the City of Papua will be under new law to promote the views ofteh church and protect citizens and travelers in this wonderful city. They are not in any specific order regarding importance: NOTE all crimes have a mandatory Five hundred gold fine as well as there individual punishments

1. Slaver is illegal within Papua borders. The act of using slaves as slaves selling slaves advertising about slave auctions or the like and trying to gather slaves while in Papua is illegal. Slave owners and slave will be forced to leave individually and seperatley. Advertising of slave auctions and the like will be forced to leave should they return they will be muzzled which will only be removed before they leave. In short anything pro slavery is illegal within Papua and will be dealt with in similar fashions. A slave beat or whipped results in the master beat or whipped then both of them leaving.

2. Drug trafficing and theft. Do not deal with this problem on your own. Contact any of the Church and they will take care of it.. Offenders will have the gold profit they made taken for the church and and stolen items returned.. Should they be found on the person and result in them being forced to leave.

3. Violence. Voilence will not be tolerated within Papua limits. Vigilantes will be forced to leave. Offenders who started the voilence will be sent to the desert or Terathan keep and are expected to find their own way out

4. Magic. All forms of magicks are allowed and encouraged within the limits of papua. No oppression will be given to Necromancy, the art of the Arcane, or The blessed powerss paladins get in whatever they worship. However should any withinthe limits of Papua try to limit the allowance of any magick types within papua they will be forced to leave and the fine will be tripled.

The Church promotes free wil and for that reaso nthese lawss are in place. Any who wish to oppose or limit the free will of others will ahve their own free will limited and be forced out of Church land. Enjoy your Stay at Papua

Attacking harrassing or discriminating Church followers: Will result in detainment and public Crucification. The law breaker will be crucified in a public display until dehydration sets in at which point they will be cut down and given water before expelling them from the City limits
