William,

It has come to the attention of myself and my associates that you claim to be the ruler of the city of Zento and the whole of the three major islands of Tokuno. After exhaustive and intensive studies, we have determined that you are alone in support of this. There are continuous rumblings of discomfort all throughout the islands, and the city of Zento has recorded several small-scale riots.

In the best interests of the people of Zento and the islands of Tokuno, I request that you remove yourself from power and restore the proper government of the islands. Failing that, we will have to remove you from power by force and declare Zento to be a protectorate government under our administration, for the good of the people.
