After a month and a week of trying to find a place I had not found one yet. The landlord wanted to sell the townhouse and gave us a month to get out. That month had expired on the 30th of Sept. and it was the 4th of October. Preparing for the need to put money down I had already withdrawn most of my 401K (now swiss cheese). Then the Government in all their great wisdom were acting like nursery school dropouts and shut the government down (I am a Contractor so bye bye paycheck). That being said I go running down the stairs to tell my daughter we finally got the house we wanted and I slipped and slid down the stairs ending up with my left foot behind my back so needless to say I didn't have to lift any boxes it was all I could do to get to the bathroom. We get moved in and the cable company said they could not get us cable for 10 days...stuck in the house no computer...omg... Now I am back! YAY! and it even looks like the naughty children on capital hill are going to make nice and play in the sandbox together...won't that be nice. I can go back to work!

Anyone want to guess who got to do most of the moveing, cleaning, and putting everything in its place?
the 20 min nap i took on my lunchbreak at work a couple days ago was wonderful. Very Happy

i wont mention what the better half has been like. think OES would have been scared for sure. Rolling Eyes

MRI results in!
I have a torn ligament some torn cartlage (damn I broke my speller too) and some fluid on my knee with a bruised bone to add to the fun. They estimate a 8 week recovery and I have already been recovering for 5 so 3 more weeks and he wants to see me again. If I continue to heal at this rate I won't need surgery! clapsmilie
