Hi guys,
Well, we wanted stuff to do, looks like we got it. ha! Thanks to everyone for helping out, especially helping Terra wi/ Recruits. It's just the beginning though, but hopefully it will be on a much calmer level once we've sorted out who is who in the guild.

So, here's where we need your help...mainly we need your patience with new Recruits and your guidance.
You can help them out best by just being your character and interacting with them, but keeping in mind that some of them are not only new to rp but to the game in general. What you might think is a hyper trait, could be that they just don't know how to turn off the AutoRun feature. Some might even need to be told how to chat in Guild chat or to say "afk" when they have to step away. Those are severe cases, I know, but we've all been there at some point and even if they've played the game a month, there's no telling what they've not learned how to do yet.

They'll need basic gear. I don't mean pimped out pvp gear. I mean just a decent training (think pvm i guess?) suit. Something they can practice hitting ogres in, or maybe lasting more than 2 seconds in pvp group training.

They'll need insurance gold, AND/OR to be shown how to make that quick 500gp from escorting NPCs. They need to be told/shown where they can train skills up at. (newbie town or earth ele's, etc.)

Recruits need a way to get to the main guild hang outs. (you might have to tell them not to leave their runebook laying around or how to use Recalls to charge it) Aulbrey and I have made D|O Rune books. They are located ( i think) in the top Donation chest of the Guild hall. If you don't have one, get one. If you notice a recruit needs one, please get one for them. We will probably run out of the runebooks soon, if we haven't already, so if someone wants to make/mark more, that'd be great.

Tolerate just one or two onscreen "LOL" or other ooc language. After that, please remember to beat them to near death. (if you kill them, give them their insurance gold back please)

If you want to do more, just go to Enoch, Terra, or me and ask what we need you to do.
