This is to any/all female characters.
It's at Ralph's south Yew keep in Felucca.

As far as I know, it's just a normal RP tea party get together so that we can wear our fancy dresses, hats, and man bash about men, gossip, etc. But, since I can't control the surroundings outside, I might suggest insurance just to be safe, or don't bring anything you can't afford to lose. I'll try to find a mage for gating from a bank, and maybe a guard, or bring your own guard.

I checked my empty schedule and I appear to be able to pencil you in between twiddling my thumbs, and painting my toes..
