There is also the Atalan here that is very much both rp & pvp. However, I don't know anything about their "recruiting?" system. Speak with Asimov, their GM to ask.
They are ...um...an odd bunch rply so might not recruit like most do. OOCly, they are a great bunch of ppl, as is Moonglow MTC. Both guilds would do you well I think. Both are very active. Depends on what style your looking for really.

I would suggest going to tavern night on Monday and interacting with the differnt people there. It's the best way to get the most mix of people.

I can't believe I...I mean mother, forgot the orcs! Those guilds that were already mentioned I've seen on tavern nights, so you'd have the best rp chance of running into them there for now if your new to the community.

How much PvP do we see on Atlantic? Is it possible for me to actually PvP every night?

How is the server population? I've been playing a custom shard, they have about 700-800 on at peak times. Lots of PvP, but no RP.
