As the night completely engulfed the land of Ice its' citizens shaken as they were had a restless night of sleep. Sounds of the thunder continued to shake the land refusing to allow anyone to believe it was merely a dream. The acidic bloody rain continued to fall painting the land in red, slick, copper smelling red. Several men were sent back out into this unholy of storms by their wives who wished them to protect their home, they never returned. To make matters worse, the land would continue to heave and rip itself assunder. It was as if the land itself were morphing into something but no one knew quite what. Deep in a library which held the records of the land itself in a corner left forgotten lay a tome with all of the answers. This time was written in a dark time, a time when Ice was a very different place. A place controlled by a force that could never be destroyed merely embraced. It had wrapped itself around Ice in the facet only known as Felucia. The librarian who had been stuck in the building had no clue that the book was even there, for no one seemed to care about the lands history. However if one were to look upon the book all of the answers to the questions would come rushing forward like a river of life, giving advice with how to deal with this unholy threat and how to fight against it. The book's spine held this title: The history as it pertains to the Order of the Ebon Skull in Ice.

The night came and went and the next day the men who had survived went out to survey the destruction, get food for their tables, and begin their trades once more. It was a slimy path they had to take but it had to be done in order to get back to life as normal. . . The men killed deer, rabbit, and bear. Returning home these same men began to clean the meat, some finding that the meat of the animals had been removed and in its' place was a mixture of rotted meat, maggots, worms, and spiders. Those unlucky enough to actually have killed their animal before the meat had shown any signs of decay cooked it and ate that night. . . They had no clue as to what was wrong when later they found themselves coughing up blood, having spiders crawl out of their throats, or even throwing up their own intestines.

Deep in the heart of Ice a new building had began to slowly rise once more: the tower that had been home to one of Oblivions choosen. This was the man's home when he fell through a weakend part of its' stone floor, that is where he dreamed of an Ebon Skull and it is here where those dreams occured that he now lay, a corspe, waiting to arise once more and lead the children of Oblivion through a most Sinister Ministry of Darkness.
