I still think Vincent is THE most badass character in all of the Final Fantasies. I even loved his game Dirge of Cerberus which most people seemed to hate.

The mistake was calling it Final Fantasy Tactics. It was NOTHING like the first one and that's why I really didn't like it.

Plus, screw Judges.

The judge system in 2 was a lot better, it was less of a huge frack you.

I secretly named my character after the FF summon waaaaaaaaaaaay back when I made him, like a year before I started RPing in the community. It's also my favorite summon. I love the cutscene in IX when the entire castle raises up with angel wings and beats up Bahamut(I think?).

I got FFXIII. I've played every Final Fantasy title since FF3/FF6 and this one is really really good. Personally, if I had to make a top three:

1. Final Fantasy 7
2. Final Fantasy 6
3. Final Fantasy 10

13 is really good and I think it makes 12 look really really bad.

I feel like I actually like the main character. That stopped after Final Fantasy 10 for me, when they started having kids play the main character of the story.
Lightning is bad ass, as a functional gun blade and she's purdy. She reminds me of a female version of Cloud.

The character designer was literally told to make a female version of Cloud. Razz And I think she's like 10 times better than Cloud and could kick Cloud's ass any day! What are you gonna be afraid of more, clouds or lightning? Pfft c'mon. Plus she's not too bad on the eyes... not that I'm into video game characters or anything. She looks almost real in the CGI scenes! And the regular ones sometimes.

Wait. Wait.

The main character is a female?

Because that makes me want to commandeer my roommates PS3, or buy my own, just to play this game.
