Dear Tatiana,

It has come to my attention that you wish to have my request and offer, written on parchment. I respect this, for you are a wise woman for wanting to keep records. I hope you do business as well as you tend to your land.

As Starfire and I agreed the terms were:

Skara Brae would always remain in the control of the United Blacksmiths of Britannia. You wouldn't be charged any taxes. You would be welcome to continue using the Moongate of the City to come and go at your will.

Blackmarsh requests to extend it's military protection of to your lands of Skara Brae. This allows us to properly ensure the protection of the Felucca facet and those around it. Starfire and I agreed that we would both benefit eachother greatly for this organization.

Blackmarsh will protect the City of Skara Brae from any invaders. Any attack on the City, will be a directy attack towards the Empire itself. We wish to police your gate to ensure that enemies cannot come and go, nor cause trouble. As I stated above, your people will be free to come and go as they wish.

In return for this, we merely request that Skara Brae follows that laws of the Empire. Each city lead and protected by us, already agree to these laws. They are very civil laws and are only to ensure that chaos doesn't break loose. Trade agreements for weapons, armor and repairs can be worked out as well.

I assume you have read the laws, I provided a list with Regent Starfire. I give my word that Skara Brae will always stay in the hands of the Blacksmiths and yourself. For if this agreement is broke, Blackmarsh will legally owe the City of Skara Brae, One-Hundred-Million Gold Pieces.
