Oh please, this would be funny no matter where the editor was from. You are simply projecting your own racial insecurity onto something where race is entirely irrelevant. Is it a desire for people to know you are Polish? To try and feel special and important like other visible ethnicities? Is this a byproduct of the "white race" construct, having removed you from your heritage and thus making you want people to see you as being POLISH, and not white? Isk, I believe we are making progress here. You're right, the white construct needs to be dismantled, we all need to return to our roots and stop pretending we are some far-off culture that we're not (Aboriginal and Asian culture being two major ones). Your ancestors broke away from Polish/Lithuanian dominion on the Ukranian side, then took us over on the Russian side... Please don't speak to me anymore. Hatred goes through blood and travels past decades and centuries.
