Successor of the Lich Lords Nizar, Azalin, Admoreth, Norture and Levas
The Lich Lord Darrien Church the Ominpotent, divine will of Oblivion Incarnate

Extends Entropic Blessings & Graces Upon His Devout & Proclaims The Following As His Unquestionable Will Made Known

I.

Any heard within the lands of Southern Malas using any term such as “Matriarch” to refer to Ceinwyn Ab’Arwan is to be put to death immediatly.
II.

Any who use a title bestowed during the rule of Ceinwyn Ab’Arwan to describe any of her formal council or nobility are to be put to death immediately.
III.

Any spies found within Umbra are to be put to death immediately.
IV.

Any found giving information that woul displease our Magnificent Lich Lord are to be put to death immediately.
V.

Any trade or commerce by Umbrans outside of Southern Malas is forbidden, under pain of death.
VI.

The practice of the Druids, The Practice of Virtue, The Practice of Elven Magic and the Practice of the arts of “light” are to be punished with immediate death.
VII.

Any who refer to the Lich Lord simply by “Darrien” or “Church” or “Lich” are to be put to death immediately.
VIII.

Any outsider who refers to the Lord Shalcross as “Shalcross” alone are to be put death immediately.
IX.

Any who touch the Lich Lord are to be executed at once for blasphemy.
X.

Any Lycans found in Umbra are to be put to death immediately.
XI.

Any who blaspheme against the Lich Lord, Ebon Council, Oblivion or the Bludgod of the Orcs are to be put to death immediately.
